01. 100mm & 150mm Production Line for Si, SiC

Single Step Foundry to complete device manufacturing. Multi-project wafer (MPW) Service. Dedicated Gold (Au) Fab. Wafer Probe and custom fixtures using a Keysight B1505A power device analyzer/curve tracer.

02. Process Capabilities

Photolithography–ASML5000 I-Line Steppers, Karl Suss Aligners. Thin Film Deposition–Sputtering, PVD, CVD, PECVD, and E-Beam Evaporation. Frontside/Backside metal Deposition–Ti/TiW/AlCu, Ti/Ni/Ag, Ti/Pt/Au, ALSiCu. Thermal Oxidation and Diffusion–Thermco & MRL. Wet (Chemical) Etch. Plasma Dry Etch. RIE Etch. RTA. Ion Implantation (Cold and Hot).

SiCamore Semi is a US based pure play foundry for advanced materials and power semiconductors. Our mission is to deliver innovative power semiconductor solutions and superior services through the development of Silicon and wide bandgap technologies related to SiC, GaN, and Photonics.

We aim to be the leading power semiconductor facility in the Northwest region of the USA for advanced wide bandgap devices, fabrication, integration, and testing. Furthermore, we look to manufacture high quality components for applications within the US military, intelligence, and other government agencies, as well as our commercial markets in Electric Vehicles, Transportation, Telecommunications, Aerospace, and Healthcare infrastructure from our facility based in Bend, Oregon.
