SiC Principal Engineer

Edward Maxwell graduated with honors receiving a A.A.S. degree from ITT Technical Institute in Spokane, WA. In 1989. He has worked in semiconductor fabs for over 30 years and has gained extensive process experience working as a process engineer and process integration specialist.

Edward started his career in 1989 at TriQuint Semiconductor in Beaverton, Oregon where he worked as a Photolithography engineer. He took a position with Microsemi in Bend, Oregon in 2006 as a process integration engineer working with integration of SiC into the fabrication facility there.

He has been involved with the integration and development of manufacturing processes for Microsemi Corp and now SicamoreSemi since that time.

Leadership At SiCamore Semi

Dr. Harshad Mehta completed his B.S. in Physics, Chemistry and Math and an M.S. in Physics from Vikram University, India, and a Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering from the University of Florida.

He established Silicon Power Corp., U.S.A. in April, 1994 and presently is the Chairman, President, and CEO of Silicon Power.

He also acquired Harris Power Devices Group in 1998 and then in May 2019 a SiC fab from Microchip. That later resulted in the formation of SiCamore Semiconductor Inc. His Accomplishments include recipient of 2014 IEEE PES Nari Hingorani Custom Power Award and recipient R&D 100 award from R&D Magazine.
