Human Resources

You will help enhance the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices. 

Business Development

You will be involved with a variety of existing and potential foundry customers. You will be the first contact for a business. You will educate customers about the company’s products or services to increase sales.

Operations Manager

You will manage operational systems, processes, and infrastructure while implementing continuous improvements to increase operational efficiency and productivity. You will anticipate and track operational and tactical risks and provide strategic solutions. 

Engineering Manager

You will develop and implement policies, standards and procedures for the engineering and technical team. You are responsible for assigning and directing work priorities to support the development and sustaining of fab production and development processes for all customers.

Process Engineer

You will be responsible for the development, integration and sustaining of customized and reference processes to achieve desired customer goals for each product. You will troubleshoot and resolve process issues with design of experiments discipline, achieve yield improvements through statistical process control methodology, and manage multiple process areas as required by the business.

Test Engineer

You will work in a dynamic team environment developing and troubleshooting test routines for automated test equipment used in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices. This position will be integral on the test engineering team for a new generation of power semiconductor devices at a high-tech manufacturer. 

Industrial Engineer

You will find ways to prevent waste and inefficiency in production processes. Design efficient systems that integrate workers, information, machines, energy and materials to make products or provide services.

Quality Assurance Technician

This role requires developing and implementing quality assurance activities across a variety of quality and manufacturing processes. 

Wafer Fab Operator

You will assist in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices. This position requires extreme attention to detail while loading of wafers into production equipment, verifying product specs with equipment settings, monitoring of the equipment during operation, adjusting pace and productivity, and recognizing when equipment or process needs recalibration. 

Equipment Technician

As an Equipment Technician working at the SiCamore Semi Manufacturing Facility in Bend, Oregon, the chosen candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with peers and internal customers to support process equipment used in the manufacturing of semiconductor devices.

Facilities Technician

This position requires judgment and hands-on problem-solving capabilities in reviewing service requests for repairs and maintenance on all production and facilities equipment, determining the nature of the problems, and recommending appropriate solutions. Reporting directly to the Maintenance and Facilities Manager, the Facilities Technician supports the daily operations of the building as well as leading special projects.

Failure Analysis

To identify the cause of failure, testing and diagnosing products, interviewing users, writing and sharing reports, avoiding the repetition of similar incidents, storing files about failure analysis, and making recommendations.

Environmental Health & Safety Specialist II

Environmental Health and Safety Specialists are responsible for assisting with the planning, implementing, and enforcing the organization’s Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) policies and procedures.
